2. Nature of Service

Edgevex AI provides sports analysis and informational content for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis, odds data, or AI-generated recommendations. No content on this platform constitutes financial or gambling advice. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By using Edgevex AI, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Accounts

Accounts are managed through Clerk authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription & Pricing

• Free Tier: 5 AI-powered queries per day, no charge.
• Pro Tier: $19/month via Stripe. Unlimited queries and premium features.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our analysis or data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ANALYSIS OR RECOMMENDATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Edgevex LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR GAMBLING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
